We’ve Been Building Pallets Since 1991
My brother and I built the first pallet that shipped out of our plant, and today, over 28 years later, my family and I ensure that each pallet and service that we provide will be done with as much attention to your needs as our very first.

History
Founded in 1991 by Malvern Martin and Herman Hershey as M & H Pallet and Crate, the company quickly established a reputation for quality and reliability. In 1996, Herman Hershey became the sole owner, continuing to operate under the name M & H Pallet and Crate. In 2005, Leland and Everett Hershey acquired the company, building upon its legacy of exceptional service, and rebranded it as Precision Pallet LLC. Since then, we have remained committed to serving our customers with excellence and dedication, upholding the values that have defined us from the beginning.
Our Green Initiative
Precision Pallet, LLC has set into place zero waste procedures designed to minimize our impact on the environment. We are determined to reduce the number of pallets and pallet building materials that make their way into landfills. Instead, we have adopted the practice of reusing, rebuilding and recycling all excess lumber that comes through our facility. If a pallet doesn’t pass our strict quality control it is disassembled and the lumber reused in another product. If we receive broken or unusable lumber from our supplier that lumber is ground and used for mulch.
With deforestation a growing global concern it’s important to us to operate with environmental sustainability in mind. That’s why we are one of the few pallet distributors that offer recycled and reused pallets as an option to our clients. We also act as a recycling center for your used pallets. We offer a buyback program for certain pallet sizes in good condition. This is mutually beneficial for both our customers and the environment. We also offer an ethical disposal service for all other pallet sizes that don’t fall under our buyback program. Let’s keep pallets out of landfills together!
